Are you a Registered Nurses who provides the highest quality of care for patients in a professional and compassionate manner? We want you! You use all resources available to them to manage the medical needs of our Home Health patients. You will work with other disciplines needed to maximize the patient’s outcome, be a patient advocate, and communicate with the primary Doctor, Clinical Team Manager, and other team members to manage the patient’s care. Qualifications:
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
- 1 year nursing experience preferred.
- Acceptance of philosophy and goals of this Agency.
- Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
