As a Full-Time Unit Manager (RN or LPN) at The Oaks Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, you will have a diverse range of daily responsibilities focused on enhancing resident care and team performance. Your day will typically begin at 7 AM and end at 7 PM, providing ample opportunity to engage with both staff and residents. Expect to oversee the nursing staff, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulations. You will conduct daily rounds, assessing the health and needs of residents, while maintaining open communication with families.

Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you'll facilitate care plans and problem-solve effectively to address any challenges that arise.
