NOW HIRING: Activity Assistant

Available Shifts:

Full-Time:

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
1:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Part-Time:

3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Activity Aide Responsibilities You'll Love:

Assist in planning, organizing, and leading activities such as games, arts and crafts, music therapy, and exercise programs.
Engage with residents to encourage participation and provide companionship.
Document residents’ participation and feedback on activities.
Set up and prepare activity areas, ensuring all supplies and materials are available.
Encourage and assist residents in maintaining social interaction and active lifestyles.
Ensure that all activities are appropriate for the cognitive and physical abilities of each resident.
Assist with transportation to and from activities as needed.

NOW HIRING: Activity Aide

What We Look For:

Previous experience in activities coordination, recreation, or working with seniors is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in recreation, gerontology, or related fields is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic attitude toward working with elderly residents.
Ability to work as part of a team and follow activity schedules.
Ability to lift and assist residents with physical needs as necessary.

Note: Pay rates are determined based on experience and are subject to applicable shifts.
