Day to day as a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

As a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Wellington Rehab and Healthcare, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a variety of essential tasks aimed at providing top-quality care to our residents. You will perform routine assessments, monitor vital signs, and accurately administer medications under the guidance of registered nurses. Additionally, you will assist in developing and implementing personalized care plans while maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
