Position: Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Schedule: 1:45 PM - 10:15 PM, 5 days a week, Every other weekend off
Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.15 per hour, based on experience

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA at Kendal at Lexington, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate care to residents, including assistance with daily activities, personal hygiene, and mobility.
Monitor and report changes in residents’ health and well-being.
Assist with meal service and ensure residents are comfortable and well-cared for.
Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team and family members.
Foster a positive and respectful environment for all residents.

Qualifications:

Valid CNA license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Prior experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to care.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility to work the scheduled shift and occasional additional hours if needed.

Competitive pay range of $20.00 - $22.15 per hour, based on experience.
$2 Evening Shift Differential and $1 Night Shift Differential.
