Full Time, Night Shift – 7pm to 7am

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of one year of direct CCU experience.
Associate’s degree required; BSN preferred. BSN will be required within 3 years of employment.
Experience caring for patients with an intra-aortic balloon pump, continuous renal replacement therapy and/or temperature management devices (intra-vascular or surface) preferred.
Professional Nursing Organization Membership strongly encouraged.
Registered Nurse License eligible to practice in the State of Texas required; current BLS upon hire and ACLS from HCA approved vendor within 90 days of hire.
Advanced Nursing Certification preferred or obtained within first 12 months of employment.
Demonstrated competence in cardiac rhythm interpretation and assessment, and treatment.
Demonstrated competence in cardiac rhythm interpretation and assessment, treatment, and critical thinking skills applicable in the intensive care setting.

Medical City North Hills is a 165+ bed hospital located in the heart of northeast Tarrant County. We have a comprehensive cardiovascular services department. Our hospital is an accredited Cycle 5 Chest Pain Center with a cardiac rehabilitation program. Other services include minimally invasive robotic surgery and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. We have sports medicine, senior health, wound care and outpatient rehabilitation. Our campus has a womens imaging center and geriatric behavioral unit.
