We are seeking compassionate and skilled individuals to join our caregiving team as CNAs, HHAs, or Personal Care Assistants. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those in our community, helping them maintain their quality of life and wellbeing.

Responsibilities:

Assisting with medication reminders.
Help with daily living activities such as meal preparation, eating, and light housekeeping.
Create a supportive and nurturing environment for clients, offering companionship and emotional care.
Monitor and document clients’ health status and report any changes to supervisors.
Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.

Qualifications

·CNA certification, HHA certification, or equivalent training.

·High school degree or a G.E.D. certificate

·Previous experience in caregiving, home health, or a related field is preferred.

·Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

·Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of others.

·Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

·Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.

• Have reliable transportation. Full coverage insurance is required for those willing to be a driver.
