The Oaks Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center: Our Story

We are a leading provider of senior healthcare services, specializing in post-acute care. We offer services ranging from comprehensive short-term rehabilitation and transitional care to Alzheimer's and dementia care.

Your day to day as a VAN DRIVER/(CNA-desired/not required)

As a new Full-Time Van Driver at The Oaks Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around providing safe, reliable transportation for our residents. You will begin your Monday-Friday schedule at 7 AM, ensuring residents are picked up and transported to various appointments, activities, and outings. Your day will involve loading and unloading passengers with care, assisting those who may require additional support, and fostering a friendly atmosphere that enhances their experience. You will also be responsible for performing routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.

As a part of our team, you will collaborate closely with healthcare staff, conveying important updates about residents' needs. Your leadership and problem-solving skills will be essential in coordinating logistics and managing schedules to optimize service. This role not only emphasizes driving but also nurturing relationships with residents and their families to create a positive environment.
