What You’ll Do: As a Home Services Manager, you will:

Oversee and direct the resident care operations of our private duty home services.
Develop and implement standards, procedures, and processes to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
Manage administrative duties, people leadership, and clinical interventions.
Successfully multitask in a dynamic and rewarding role.

Requirements

Requirements:

Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Minimum of three years of supervisory or management experience (preferred).
Minimum of two years of recent home services experience (preferred).
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Current or eligible for certification in CPR.

Pay Range

$79,310.00 - $97,073.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
