With growing patient demand, we opened Pearl Street Medical Clinic as the newest clinic in the Praxis Health family of primary care and specialty clinics, this summer 2024. Our reputation in the community is highly regarded as our tightknit teams of providers care for patients of all ages, with a focus on ensuring the highest patient level outcomes. We are seeking a passionate Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who has an interest in delivering high quality care within a team-driven environment.

Benefit Highlights:

Compensation: $141,000 - $145,000 base salary
Production Compensation up to $220,000/year
4 day workweek
Up to $10,000 Relocation
Up to $20,000 Sign-on bonus
Full health benefits package (health, vision, life, dental)

Paid Licensure, DEA & Malpractice
100% outpatient
Light, shared call 1:13

Minimum Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Abilities:

Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
Required: Minimum 1 year experience in Primary Care as FNP or PA
Preferred: Minimum 2 years experience in Primary Care as FNP or PA
Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Respect for patient's confidentiality
Compassionate and approachable
Responsible and trustworthy
Attend work regularly and on time

General Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch.
The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment: Combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings.
