POSITION SUMMARY The Health and Wellness Director (RN) is an integral member of the management team and works closely with the Executive Director to ensure the health and wellness of our residents, performing initial and ongoing assessments and observation of our residents' physical and psycho-social needs, while coordinating with other departments to assure the highest quality of care. They interact directly with employees, residents, resident family members, vendors, and professional contacts within the community. Assess residents' health, functional, and psychosocial status, initiate individualized service plans, proactively manage care and services for each resident, and maximize their opportunity to remain in the assisted living or memory care environment. Requirements CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS Education and certifications: An RN nursing license in good standing.
