What is the IntelyLevels program?

IntelyLevels is an achievement program to reward our very best IntelyPros! This new system will reward you for completing shifts with IntelyCare. As you complete shifts and maintain good punctuality and star ratings, you will level up and gain access to our most desirable shifts! Creating your perfect schedule with IntelyCare has never been more rewarding!

IntelyPros are at the heart of what we do, and when our IntelyPros succeed, we succeed.

 

That is why we have an incentive program that focuses on encouraging and rewarding our reliable, rock star IntelyPros for their achievements rather than penalizing IntelyPros for their slip-ups.

In a nutshell, the more shifts you complete, the closer you get to achieving the next IntelyLevel. When you call off three of your shifts, your shift count will reset to zero and you will be moved down an IntelyLevel, but will not be removed from your future shifts.

Silver Level

All IntelyPros begin their IntelyLevel journey on the Silver IntelyLevel.

Silver IntelyLevels have a more limited selection of shifts. But don’t fret – there are still many opportunities for you to earn. Silver IntelyPros benefit from:

  • Previously released shifts

  • Last minute shifts

  • Call out shifts

  • Book Me

  • New Client Shifts (if you have a star rating of 4 or more!)

  • and you are limited to accepting only 5 shifts at a time

Gold IntelyLevel

Gold IntelyPros have access to the following benefits:

  • and can accept an unlimited number of shifts per week! (40 hours/week max)

Platinum IntelyLevel

Congrats! You’ve made it to the Platinum IntelyLevel! Platinum Level IntelyPros will have the greatest variety of shifts to choose from and have the best opportunity to tailor their schedule. Platinum IntelyPros have access to:

  • All shift types

  • Exclusive New Client Shifts

  • Guaranteed Pay (“On Call”) Shifts

Platinum IntelyPros also have the exclusive ability to earn seasonal rewards!

IntelyPros can earn unlimited cash bonuses for every 5 consecutive shifts completed! Nurses earn $50 bonuses and CNA/STNAs earn $25. 

 

OH NO!

You leveled down!

Learn the do’s and don’ts of leveling up and you’ll be jumping to the next level in no time at all! 

Bronze IntelyLevel

Yikes! You leveled down to the Bronze IntelyLevel.

Once you level down to Bronze, you will be immediately placed on a 5-day hold. While on hold, you will still be able to work the shifts you previously picked up, but you will not be able to pick up more shifts until you are taken off hold.

If Bronze IntelyPros continue to Call Off, they will be placed on an additional 5-day hold. 

Bronze IntelyPros’ options are limited to the following:

  • Last-minute shifts

  • Call out shifts

  • Book Me

  • New Client Shifts (if you have a star rating of 4 or more!)

  • and you are limited to accepting only 3 shifts at a time

But wait! Not all is lost! You can still level up! Here are some tips to follow so you can take your career to the next level!

What gives?

Why am I stuck on the same level?

Completed 15 shifts but can’t level up? You may need to check your punctuality and star rating! Until you can meet your punctuality and star rating goals, you will earn medallions instead. Learn more about Medallions!

What Are Medallions? 

Once you complete 15 shifts in a row, you become eligible to level up. (Silver and Bronze IntelyLevels only need 10 completed shifts to level up.)

 

However, if you do not meet the star rating and punctuality required of the next IntelyLevel, you will not be able to level up. Instead, you will earn a medallion.

 

When you earn a medallion, you will remain on your current level, and your shift tally will reset. Once you complete another 15 shifts, your punctuality and rating will be reviewed again. If you meet ALL the requirements, you will be able to move up to the next level!

How do cash bonuses work?

Platinum IntelyPros can earn cash bonuses for every 10 shifts worked. Nurses will earn $100 per bonus, and CNAs/STNAs will earn $50 per bonus.

Cash bonuses are seasonal offerings and subject to change.

What IntelyLevel am I on?

New IntelyPros will automatically start at the Silver IntelyLevel, and will have access to all shifts, except “Regional” (formally “On-Call Shifts”).

 

Why am I stuck on this level?

Once you complete 15 shifts in a row, you become eligible to level up. However, if you do not meet the star rating and punctuality required of the next IntelyLevel, you will not be able to level up. Instead, you will earn a medallion.

How do I level up?

As an IntelyPro, you must complete 15 Shifts in a row (or 10 shifts in a row for Silver and Bronze IntelyPros) without dropping into a lower IntelyLevel. You must also have the star rating required of the next IntelyLevel and must also maintain a good punctuality score. When you reach a higher IntelyLevel, you will gain access to a wider variety of shifts.

How do I level down?

IntelyPros that Call Off three (3) times will move down an IntelyLevel and their shift count will be reset to zero. A Call Off is any shift released within 96 hours before a shift start.

What is a Call Off shift?

Shifts released less than 96 hours before shift start

What is an Emergency Call Off shift?

Shift releases under 24 Hours before shift start.

What is a Last Minute shift?

Shifts starting within 12 hours

What is a Regular shift?

Shifts that aren’t classifiable as any other Shift-Type (e.g. a normal shift)

What is a Guaranteed Pay shift?

Standby shifts which compensate IntelyPros for their time on-call

What are Book Me shifts?

Facilities can book preferred IntelyPros for shifts ahead of time.

How do I get placed on Hold?

You will be placed on hold when you level down to Bronze, or if there has been an issue with your quality of care.

So, how do IntelyLevels benefit me?

IntelyLevels rewards you for being the best nursing professional you can be. With IntelyLevels, you will not be removed from your future accepted shifts. Instead, you will simply be moved down to a lower IntelyLevel. You will have a smaller variety of shifts to pick up, but you will still have access to many great shifts, and opportunities to level back up! 

What do I need to do?

Keep picking up shifts, showing up on time, and providing excellent care. Keep track of your achievements and watch yourself climb the ranks to join an elite level of IntelyPros!
