Family Partners Home is looking for an experienced, compassionate, and reliable Weekend Option LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to assist in overseeing the nursing services within our residential memory care homes. This Weekend Option LPN position is every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: Friday 1p-7p Saturday and Sunday 7a-7p Sunday 7a-7p With both resident and employee safety in the forefront, our Assisted Living community continues to offer the highest staff to resident ratios . The Family Partners Home Weekend Option LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) is responsible for the oversight and coordination of care for our residents within our Assisted Living homes.
