The Holiday Emergency Assistance Relief Trust for Nursing Professionals

We care about you, your family, and your community. So, we want to lend a helping hand to nursing professionals experiencing financial difficulties this holiday season. IntelyCare will be distributing a total of $500,000 this holiday season to eligible IntelyPros in our community who need it most – no payback required or strings attached. 

Applications for IntelyHeart 2021 are officially closed. Final rounds of awards will be distributed on December 30th.

We Want to Brighten Your Holiday Season!

We recognize that despite the joys that the holiday season brings, it can be a struggle to pay bills, continue to support relatives, and make ends meet. We also know that COVID-19 has made everything more difficult and that your family might be facing an uncomfortable financial strain this year as a result.

To help lend a hand when you might need it most, we have established the IntelyPro Holiday Emergency Assistance Relief Trust (IntelyHEART) to provide our IntelyPros with a HEART-felt offer of financial assistance.

The IntelyHEART fund will provide money (to those who apply and are approved) to help cover costs in circumstances where you and your family could use a little extra financial help this holiday season. There are five categories under which you can apply for assistance.

How It Works

Relief Categories

Basic Needs

Food, transportation, rent, utilities, family needs, or holiday gifts.

Medical Expenses

Medical bills that fall outside of insurance coverage, for yourself or your immediate family members.

Personal Catastrophe

Home fire, robbery, domestic abuse, or related incidents.

Death of an Immediate Family Member

Funeral costs or other related expenses.

Weather Catastrophe/Housing Insecurity

Displacement due to fire, flooding, tornado, earthquake, or other natural disasters.

Qualifying Criteria

In order to qualify for IntelyHEART, you must…

  • Have completed 3+ shift accepts in the 90-day period prior to your application submission date.
  • Tell us what relief category best applies to you.
  • Please also email any documentation that supports why you are applying for assistance (picture or screenshot of a bill, invoice, obituary, etc) to heart@intelycare.com with the subject line “IntelyHEART.”
  • Answer the question, “What would extra funds from IntelyCare mean to you and your family this holiday season?”
  • Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Apply for Assistance

The application period for IntelyHEART 2021 are now closed. 

Applications are reviewed on a first come, first served basis. Qualifying IntelyPros will be awarded $250.00 each. If you are an award recipient, you will be notified and your funds will be paid to you via your paycheck on December 17th, 23rd, or 30th, depending on when you applied and were awarded.
