Guaranteed Pay shifts will only appear if you are a Gold or Platinum IntelyPro.
This is an exclusive privilege – canceling a shift will remove you from the program.
How It Works
By signing up for Guaranteed Pay, you are agreeing to be available and ready to work that shift – no exceptions.
To reward you for being flexible, in addition to a higher rate, you will receive an on-call bonus.
HOW IT WORKS
The day before your shift…
As it gets closer to the shift start time, you will be asked to confirm that you are still available to work the shift. If you opt our of the shift, this is considered a call off.
If we need you…
We will send you the facility assignment closer to the shift start time.
Once a shift is assigned to you, you must confirm the assignment within 30 minutes. If you don’t, we will reassign the shift and you will not be paid.
Your Commitment to Us
Guaranteed Pay Shifts are real shifts. By accepting these shifts, you are committing to IntelyCare that you will not call off.
So, when you pick up a Guaranteed Pay shift, you are committing to work that shift. You are also responsible for checking your app for your assignment and making sure you are ready to go if you do receive an assignment.
When you receive a shift assignment, you must confirm within 30 minutes.

Who is eligible for Guaranteed Pay?
You must be a Gold or Platinum IntelyPro in order to be eligible to see Guaranteed Pay Shifts. You must have enabled push notifications on the IntelyCare app. The Guaranteed Pay shifts program may be discontinued at any time and IntelyCare may determine, in each instance and in its sole discretion, whether a particular IntelyPro may be offered Guaranteed Pay shifts.
How and when will I be paid?
After you complete your shift, you will get paid your Guaranteed Pay rate for hours worked – plus an on-call bonus! (Just like pay for regular shifts, you will be paid the Friday of the following care week.)
I didn't see my Facility Assignment notification. Will I still be paid?
Once you sign up for a Guaranteed Pay Shift, it is your responsibility to keep an eye out for your facility assignment.
Once a shift is assigned to you, you must confirm the assignment within 30 minutes.
Failure to confirm will result in the shift being reassigned and you will not be eligible for payment, whether you show up at the facility or not. IntelyCare is not responsible for paying you should you fail to see or confirm the assignment as indicated above.
I got my shift assignment before my Facility start time. When should I be at my shift?
If your facility assignment is sent to you before the shift start time, you are expected to arrive on time.
Can I lose eligibility?
Yes. The following actions will result in ineligibility for Guaranteed Pay payment:
• Failure to confirm the facility assignment within 30 minutes of the Facility Assignment Time
• Failure to be at the assigned facility within 15 minutes of the shift start time if your Facility Assignment Time is at least one (1) hour prior to the shift start time
• Failure to be at the assigned facility within 45 minutes of the Facility Assignment Time, if your Facility Assignment Time is after the shift start time
• Releasing the Guaranteed Pay shift at any time before or after the Facility Assignment Time
My Guaranteed Pay Shift starts at 7am, but it's 8am and I haven't received my Facility Assignment yet. What's going on?
There is a possibility that you might receive a shift assignment up to 2 hours after the Facility Start time. After you receive your assignment, you’ll have 45 minutes to get there once you have been notified of your shift location. This is only the case if your assignment is sent after the Facility Start time.
Even if you receive your shift assignment after the Facility Start time, you will still be paid at the shift start time.
For example, if your shift start time is at 7:00 AM but you don’t receive your assignment until 8:30 AM, you will still be paid starting at 7:00 AM, but you will have until 9:15 A.M to arrive at the facility.
I used to be at the Gold IntelyLevel, but now I'm at Silver. Am I still eligible for Guaranteed Pay?
No. Only current Gold and Platinum IntelyPros are eligible for Guaranteed Pay.
