The 2022 American Nursing Informatics Association (ANIA) Annual Conference is themed as the “Rockin’ Nursing Informatics”. Check out what’s topping the charts – Hear about the newest trends and innovations from industry vendors. Make your own greatest hits – Earn up to 11.5 contact hours of nursing continuing professional development, with additional workshops offering an in-depth look at particular topics of relevance. Join the chorus – Network with colleagues with similar and varied informatics nursing interests.
The American Nursing Informatics Association (ANIA) is the association of professional nurses and associates who are guided by integrity and committed to delivering high quality, and cost-effective health care, are committed to their professional development and seek to actively engage an inclusive community of innovative informatics professionals, and use informatics to advocate for the elimination of health disparities to improve the health of all populations. ANIA’s mission is to advance nursing informatics through education, research, and practice in all roles and settings. Since its inception in 1982, membership has broadened to include an estimated 3,000 nurses and other healthcare professionals in informatics practice and includes roles in: system design and implementation, education, research (analysis and evaluation), standards and policy development, quality improvement, as well as those in management and administration. Today, membership is open to nurses and other professionals interested in informatics nursing. Corporations and individual corporate representatives are also welcomed as members.
