IntelyCare Engineering team is looking for a strong Scrum Master to coordinate and coach our software development team. Ideal candidate will have a high degree of confidence in communicating across engineering and product teams in a collaborative, fast moving agile environment.



  • Facilitate and lead various scrum meetings (i.e., daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning, backlog grooming, demonstrations) along with tracking and updating activities (meeting notes, tickets, delivery timelines etc.)
  • Refine and update user stories along with product management
  • Help product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and ready for next sprint
  • Work closely with product management and development to ensure delivery of high-quality product
  • Track ongoing initiatives in all product areas including infrastructure and develop project documentation
  • Provide data-gathering support for data analysis, as well as, ad hoc inquiries
  • Act as a liaison between technical and business teams
  • Foster creativity and improve efficiency by removing blockers for development team
  • Identify and manage risks, process improvements and release planning
  • Act as safeguard for his/her team
  • Remove impediments for scrum team
  • Coach engineering teams to apply Scrum/Agile methodologies



  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering
  • Scrum Master certification desired
  • Minimum 2 years of Scrum/Agile experienced desired
  • Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Experience in SCRUM, Kanban, SCRUMBAN, or/and similar project management methodologies
  • Knowledge utilizing Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence/BitBucket)
  • Technical background will be a plus (former QA, Dev, etc.)
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, collaboration, interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Basic Project Management skills, principles and ability to apply the principles, tools and techniques to develop/plan, manage and execute projects to ensure successful completion (e.g on time)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsible for supporting web and mobile application. Works closely with the Engineering team on support and maintenance issues from stakeholders. Acts as a technology liaison between the engineering team and all other business group.


Essential functions

  • Provide IntelyCare with technical and software support in production environments.
  • Use tools to provide good metrics on client/customer satisfaction rates.
  • Support release of new software in a fast-paced AGILE shop.
  • Collaborate with clients and other operational teams as needed.
  • Resolve business problems for internal and external customers by utilizing problem

solving and analytical skills.

  • Possesses a strong customer service focus and ability to foster teamwork.
  • Requires strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities.
  • Analyze web and mobile code to provide insight into production issues.
