What makes someone a great IntelyPro? Keep reading.

Thanks for your interest in becoming an IntelyPro (an IntelyCare nursing professional).  There are many traits that make someone a great IntelyPro; we’ve listed a few from our recruiting and operations team.

Great IntelyPro’s are:

1. Self-Motivated

“To reap the full benefits of being an IntelyPro you should be eager to pick up shifts!” -Sarah, Recruiter

When you are an IntelyCare nurse or CNA, you are able to set your own schedule and choose how often you want to work.  Successful IntelyPro’s proactively set their schedules for the upcoming week so that they can make the most out of their available time.

2. Team players

“It’s important that IntelyPro’s introduce themselves to the nursing staff when they show up for their shift, especially if they’ve never worked at that facility.  That positive first impression really sets the tone for the rest of the shift.” -Chris, Chief Nursing Officer

Working at a new facility can be intimidating.  However, if you show up with a positive attitude and are willing to pitch in, the facility staff is going to be more welcoming and resourceful to you.  If you work at that facility again, you’ll have already proven yourself to members of their team.

3. Reliable

“At IntelyCare, it’s important to us that our facilities can count on us.  We really value our IntelyPro’s who are punctual and consistent.” -Victoria, Operations

You know what it’s like when the person who is supposed to relieve you is running late to their shift.  Emergencies happen, that’s a part of life.  But, nursing professionals understand that people are relying on them to show up, and to be on time.  If we at IntelyCare don’t think we can count on you, then we don’t want to have our nursing facilities counting on you.
