John Shagoury

President & Chief Executive Officer

John is a Software and Healthcare IT industry veteran, serving in a variety of leadership roles over the course of his 40-year career. Formerly, as President and COO of IntelyCare, John was hyper-focused on accelerating growth and driving operational excellence at every level of the business. The former President & CEO of Eliza Corporation, John led the private equity-backed HCIT company through a business model transition that led to a successful exit to a strategic buyer in mid-2017. Prior to that, John was President of Nuance Communications’ Healthcare division. A firm believer that the current shortage of nurses in the U.S. will only continue to grow if nurses’ needs are not met, John is driving IntelyCare’s investments in data and behavioral science to better understand the preferences of nurses and match them with the shifts that work best for their lives at IntelyCare’s healthcare facility partners.

Ben Robinson

Chief Client Officer

Ben brings over two decades of experience as a strategic and tactical business leader to IntelyCare, with a proven track record in progressive sales and marketing leadership. Ben excels in recruiting, coaching, and inspiring teams to maximize performance while crafting superior sales, marketing, and customer engagement strategies that drive profitable revenue growth.

Throughout his career, Ben has led numerous teams that cater to diverse functions and stakeholders across a myriad of industries, both on a national and global scale. A graduate of Warwick Business School and North Warwickshire College in the United Kingdom, Ben resides in the Northeast with his family. Outside the boardroom, he dedicates his free time to competing in Olympic distance triathlons.

Kerry Sirkka

Chief Delivery Officer

Kerry Sirkka is IntelyCare’s Chief Delivery Officer, responsible for guiding the company’s expansion into the acute care sector.

Kerry shares IntelyCare’s commitment to solving the nurse staffing crisis. She has a wide breadth of experience in healthcare staffing, having led multiple verticals, functions, and brands during her 20-year tenure at AMN Healthcare. In addition, Kerry has experience in homecare, having recently served as Head of Caregiver Experience at TheKey.

Additionally, Kerry actively participates in the American Staffing Association and serves as a Board Member of the Alzheimer’s Association of San Diego.

With Kerry’s leadership, IntelyCare will support acute care organizations by providing proprietary, proven technology that will empower clinicians and healthcare systems, alleviate staffing challenges, and ensure exceptional care for all patients.

Kerry likes to spend her spare time with family, including her two young children and her husband, while enjoying the outdoors.

Ripley Martin

Chief Strategy Officer

Ripley brings significant experience across the intersection of strategy, healthcare, and technology to IntelyCare, having led both large enterprises and start-up teams throughout his career.

Before joining IntelyCare, Ripley led Philips Ventures, where he was responsible for corporate venture capital, accelerator, and external innovation efforts. He managed a global team of investment and innovation professionals spanning a variety of care-related disciplines, and held numerous leadership roles across healthcare strategy, business development, product, and general management.

Prior to Philips, Ripley spent six years at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Principal in the firm’s Healthcare, Industrial Goods, and Strategy practices.

Ripley holds an MBA with high distinction from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a BA in Economics from Colby College.

Based in the greater Boston area, Ripley enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.

Elliott Seaborn

Chief Marketing Officer

Elliott is a marketing industry veteran with over 30 years of experience across the agency, consulting and corporate sectors.

As Chief Marketing Officer at IntelyCare, Elliott is responsible for building a trusted brand and driving demand for its products and services across the healthcare marketplace.

Elliott brings a wealth of knowledge in the online recruiting space to IntelyCare, having most recently served as CMO of Monster Worldwide, one of the world’s largest job boards. Elliott has also held a number of positions with premier agencies and consultancies, building deep cross-channel programs for some of the world’s most respected companies, including Proctor & Gamble, GlaxoSmithKline, Aflac, General Motors, Regeneron, Progressive Insurance, and Unilever.

When he’s not thinking about marketing, Elliott can be found either on a soccer field watching his son play, or obsessively exploring all aspects of music, including writing, playing, and publishing songs with his daughter.

Rachel Schiff

Chief Product Officer

Rachel Schiff is the Chief Product Officer at IntelyCare, where she manages the Product, Design, and Data Science teams.

Before assuming her role as CPO, Rachel served for three years as IntelyCare’s SVP of Product. Under Rachel’s leadership, the teams have been responsible for many important developments that have helped propel IntelyCare’s growth.

Prior to joining IntelyCare, Rachel was VP of Product at Virgin Pulse, where she designed gamified, motivating programs for companies to offer to their employees to promote healthy behaviors and health awareness. Prior to that, she managed interactive, multi-device experiences for Xbox in Microsoft’s Interactive Entertainment Business. Rachel also worked as a Product Manager for MathWorks.

Rachel holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, and a BA in History of Science from Harvard.

Leo Hart

Chief Technology Officer

Leo Hart is IntelyCare’s Chief Technology Officer, responsible for providing strategic technical direction, overseeing all engineering activities, and driving technical excellence across the cutting-edge IntelyCare platform.

Leo has over 20 years of experience in building scalable, high-performance engineering organizations.

Prior to joining IntelyCare, Leo was VP of Engineering at Pegasystems Inc, where he led the creation and maturation of the Pega Infinity Platform’s Developer Productivity suite.  While there, he was also tasked with driving the company’s adoption of Scaled Agile, DevOps and cloud-based microservices best practices.

Prior to that, Leo held a number of engineering leadership roles at Fidelity Investments, overseeing the delivery and operation of critical, complex fidelity.com programs.

Leo and his wife are proud parents of two daughters.  He is an avid gamer, musician and loves home improvement and automation projects.

Sheri Zee

Chief People Officer

As CPO, Sheri is responsible for leading IntelyCare’s people strategy to attract, retain and develop the industry’s best talent while cultivating a culture of collaboration and learning. In her role, Sheri is intently focused on increasing employee engagement, optimizing people operations, and designing best-in-class talent acquisition, talent development and total rewards programs. Sheri brings over twenty years of experience building and defining cultures within transformative and growing organizations. Most recently, she was SVP, Culture and Talent for Skillsoft Corporation, a global leader in corporate digital learning, serving approximately 70% of the Fortune 1000 and more than 45 million learners. Prior to Skillsoft, Sheri was SVP, Human Resources for SharkNinja, a multi-billion-dollar consumer goods company where she led the global human resources and corporate services function. Sheri holds a B.A. from Lehigh University with a major in Social Relations and minor in Psychology and SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified. Sheri is the mother of three children, which is by far, her proudest achievement to date.

Chris Sands

Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Chris is responsible for IntelyCare’s financial strategy and operations. He is passionate about technology disrupting healthcare, and he is proud of the role IntelyCare is playing in the pursuit of this mission. Prior to joining IntelyCare, Chris served as CFO of MineralTree for three years until its sale in 2021. Earlier in his career, Chris held senior finance positions at ThermoFisher Scientific and EnerNOC following several years of investment banking and equity research experience at Barclays and J.P. Morgan. Chris earned a B.S. from Lehigh University with majors in Finance, Accounting, and Economics and an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia. He is a CPA and CFA charterholder.

Michael Berdik

Chief Legal Officer

As CLO, Michael is responsible for IntelyCare’s legal, data privacy, and compliance functions, and serves as the company’s secretary. Michael brings over 15 years of experience in the technology sector, advising and scaling both public and private technology companies with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, securities, and corporate finance, governance, data privacy, and compliance. Prior to joining IntelyCare, Michael served as general counsel at Salsify, CiBO Technologies, and EnerNOC (NASD: ENOC). He has also served on the boards of non-profits and venture-backed startups. Michael earned a B.A. from the University of Chicago and a J.D. from Tulane Law School.

Our clinical team is comprised of tenured nursing professionals, clinical experts, nurse educators, and credentialing specialists. Together, they are dedicated to empowering our nursing professionals and keeping our healthcare facility partners safe. From credentialing to training and continued education, the primary goal of our Clinical team is to ensure that our IntelyPros and healthcare facilities are equipped to provide the highest quality of patient care possible.

Customer Service & Operations

Our Customer Service & Operations teams ensure that our IntelyPros and healthcare facility partners have everything they need from us to be successful. Our dedicated Care Team provides 24/7 hands-on support. There is no question too big or too small for this team to field. We pride ourselves on offering personalized service anytime it’s needed. If we don’t know the answer, we’ll work with you to help you find it.

Driven by wonder, IntelyCare’s team of marketers is dedicated to finding the most creative ways to show the world the true value of our business model. It is the goal of the Marketing team to give a voice to our IntelyPros, to demonstrate our support to our healthcare facility partners, and to be the leading voice in discussions surrounding the transformation of the healthcare system.
